The great company car wars of early 90's Britain
This is an actual BBC documentary from 1993, and it's sort of dull as fuck. But at the same time it's super-fascinating to see these travelling reps base their entire notion of success or failure on a cast-iron hierarchy of saloon car trim levels.
Highlights include the guy who cried when his Cavalier got swapped for a Maestro Clubman, the maverick in a Fiesta XR2i and the chap who checks for headlight washers in his rear-view mirror before letting other cars overtake him on the motorway.
There's no way this wasn't an inspiration for The Office. Check it out.
