Yep, her off Babestation.

weird house listing details the freaky 'extras' it comes with

I love a good sift through Rightmove every now and then; looking at houses I can't afford and trying to figure out what's wrong with the cheap ones in good areas. I'd say it's actually one of my favourite pastimes. Yes, I know I need to get out more.
Most of the time the description of the house never gives away any major flaws of the property. It's your job to figure that out before you buy it. Thank fuck for surveys! You won't ever hear an estate agent using words like 'small' or 'run down', insetad it's 'cosy' and 'in need of modernisation'. This is why I fucking hate estate agents!

Recently however, a house went up for sale in Columbia, North Carolina and there was no way of sugar coating the flaws of this property. For starters, the property was selling for $130,000, which is $25,000 below the going rate in the area. Twitter user Bekka Supp came across the listing and decided to share it with the world.

Looks sweet from the outside right? The inside could do with a bit of work though. But still, you expect to do a bit of renovating on a house that cheap.

wait...now here's the catch. Bekka screengrabbed the description along and tweeted it with 'WTF' scribbled across it!!!

In case you can’t read that highlighted piece of text, it reads:

Upstairs apartment cannot be shown under any circumstances. Buyer assumes responsibility for the month-to-month tenancy in the upstairs apartment. Occupant has never paid, and no security deposit is being held, but there is a lease in place. (Yes, it does not make sense, please don’t bother asking.)

Erm. Wow. How is that even possible? So by purchasing this house you're becoming a landlord to a bunch of squatters who you won't even get to see. Here, take my money. It sounds like just the investment property I'm after. Seriously, who in their right mind would ever buy that house? I must admit though, I'm really curious to knowwho lives there. If I was local I'd totally be arranging a viewing just so I could be nosey.
