Tokyo opens five-storey porn theme park
I’m not usually a fan of theme parks - something about overpriced food, long queues and screaming kids just doesn’t seem to do it for me. However, the upcoming porn theme park that is opening in Tokyo looks right up my alley.
The attraction is in Tokyo’s Kabukicho nightlife district and it was designed by Japanese porn producer ‘Soft on Demand’. I’m not usually demanding anything soft but hey ho. The name of the park doesn’t seem to translate well in English either - SOD Land! Erm, definitely not a sexy sounding name. It’s currently being marketed as an “amusement park for adults” with each floor containing a different theme. One floor is advertised as a “Newcomer Adult Film Actress Floor,” where guests are served by new and upcoming porn stars. Another floor allows guests to chat to well-known stars.
There is also a silent bar area, an “erotic massage” area (happy ending anyone?) and a gift shop that sells sex toys and lube. There is an entrance fee of 500 yen (about five quid) so that will hopefully keep out the riffraff. Sounds like a lot of fun. I’d say we should do a UK version but somehow I don’t think the likes Harmony Hex and Vicki Peach will draw the same crowds.
