What it's really like to work in the adult industry...

Unless you've ever worked in the adult industry there is no way you'll ever know what it's really like. For starters, it's not as highly sexed and debauched as people would imagine. Porn stars don't arrive on set and speak to each other in a breathy voice while struggling to keep their hands off each other. They usually come on to set a few hours before their shoot begins, sit down in the make up chair in their casual clothes and have a laugh with their fellow actors. They might even chow down on a sausage and egg McMuffin depending on how rushed they were that morning.

The crew on a porn set are usually really cool people and it's actually super rare to encounter creepy pervs while on set. If there are any freaks you can refuse to work with them, it's that simple. Nobody is forced to anything they don't want to do. It's actually pretty much like going to any other job except pornstars have a bit more fun than your everyday office worker.

To change peoples perceptions of pornstars, Sophie Ebrard, a French photographer, decided she'd create a collection titled It's Just Love, showing real behind the scenes photos. The photos are currently being exhibited in Kyoto, Japan, and show the beauty and relaxed nature of the actors between scenes.
