Fat Sam: Should he stay or should he go?

On the one hand, the current England manager probably shouldn't be offering shady advice to undercover reporters on how to get around the FA's third party ownership rules.  That is not a good look.

But at the same time, how can you stay mad at someone who does so whilst drinking a pint of wine?

A pint. Of wine.  The man's a trailblazer; and this is precisely the kind outside-the-box thinking needed to improve England's prospects at major international tournaments.

He never should have Said Them Things, sure, but when you appoint such a maverick, and the FA surely knew what they were getting, you've got to take the rough with the smooth.  One more chance?
