This 15-year-old takes special effects makeup to a new level
Kate Werner was was so inspired by all the talented makeup artists on YouTube that she thought she'd give it a go too. She started uploading her photos onto her Instagram account, BeautyGoneBad and she began gaining recognition for her crazy creations.
Kate said "creative makeup Art took my favorite things, makeup and painting, and put them together. It's like having a completely reusable canvas, and you can turn yourself into anything or anyone you want.
That's why I like to call myself a makeup shapeshifter."
Kate's creations can take from an hour to 10 hours but she loves what she does. She has even started looking at collage options that will allow her to continue with makeup and special effects so that hopefully one day she can have a full blown career out of it.
I'd say she's on her way to having a pretty darn good career.
