There's a new Blair Witch movie trailer and it looks awesome
It's been 17 years since The Blair Witch Project was released (now I feel old) and they've only just got round to making another one.
If you can't remember the first film, and let's be honest, who the fuck can after nearly 2 decades, let me recap it for you. It's a found footage film that retells the tale of three student filmmakers who disappeared in the woods back in 1994, while filming a documentary about a local legend known as the Blair Witch.
The sequal, simply titled Blair Witch, takes place in the present day as the brother of Heather, the girl who disappeared in the 1999 original, adventures off into the Black Hills Forest of Maryland in search of answers about the mysterious disappearance of his sister all those years ago.
The makers of Blair Witch claim it is one of the scariest movies ever made so I'm excited to see if it lives up to expectations.
