There’s a film being made about Dennis Rodman’s Infamous 48-Hour Bender
I dunno if you remember reading about Dennis Rodman’s wild 48-hour-bender in 1998 but I certainly do and it sounded wild, at least it did to my 14-year-old self back then. For those who don’t remember, it was highly publicised that Dennis Rodman buggered off to party in Vegas right in the middle of the 1998 NBA Finals. A big no no with athletes during sporting season. It was so wild that Lionsgate has decided to resurrect the story and make a film about it titled ’48 Hours In Vegas’. It all stems from this clip where friends and former colleagues of Rodman explain how it all started with Rodman asking for time off but him only being allowed 48 hours, given what an important time of the season it was.
