Parents ordered to pay son $30k after destroying his porn collection
Remember the dude who tried to sue his parents after they threw out his massive porn collection? No? Well let me refresh your memory. It all happened when 43 year old David Werking moved back in with his parents after going through a divorce. As if the poor fucker didn’t have enough going on with his wife leaving him, he then had to deal with the fact that his parent binned the only thing that was keeping him company during all those lonely nights.
David didn’t actually notice his ‘collection’ was missing until he moved from his parents place in Michigan to his own apartment in Indiana. After calling his parents he came to find out that they his parents had destroyed it all. His dad even had the audacity to tell David he did him a favour by getting rid of it all. What a prick!
David was having none of it and he sued his parents for the destruction of his property, and WON!!! Judge Paul Maloney ruled in David’s favour during the court hearing and ordered the parents to pay their son a total of $30,441. I must say, I feel pretty happy for David. Who wants to bet that his parents are religious nuts and don’t like that sort of smut under their roof?! Bet they’ll think twice before sticking their beak where it doesn’t belong in future.
