Nicolas Cage has a full on Karaoke meltdown while singing Purple Rain

Nicolas Cage was once one of the best actors in Hollywood and worth a whopping £120 million. However, he seems to have fallen from grace in recent years and not only have the movie roles dried up, but the finances seem to have dwindled too. But don't shed a tear for old Nicky Cage because he's still apparently worth about £20 mil. Certainly not an amount to be sniffed at.

As if Nick didn't have enough to deal with with his straight-to-DVD movie flops, recent annulment and dwindling finances, he now has to deal with being labelled as unstable when he's just trying to let his hair down by having a little sing-song in his local karaoke bar. He was recently filmed belting out his very shouty rendition of Purple Rain in the style of his character from Bad Lieutenant and I must admit, it is a tiny bit cringe:

OK, so he may not be doing himself any favours by doing shit like that as well as getting married on a Saturday to his girlfriend Erika Koike in Las Vegas and then filing for an annulment the following Wednesday, but still, dudes entitled to change his mind and who doesn't love hammering out some Prince lyrics on a Friday night. I mean yeah, the way he's holding the mic like he's some massive rock star is a bit cringe but other than that, let the poor guy live...

...Of course I could be totally wrong and this Nick might be in the midst of a full on nervous breakdown. Ah, we'll see...
