Tuned up Lamborghini Huracan hits 229 mph on half-mile run
So about these modifications...
A stock Huracan's naturally aspirated 5.2 litre V10 engine produces 602 hp. Though for the low, low price of $200,000 a tuning company called Underground Racer can fill it with all the turbochargers and create a - wait for it - 3500 hp monster.
And that's how you hit 229 mph on a half-mile run. Incredible!
Check out this footage from the drag strip.
Whilst the crazy straight line acceleration is all well and good, you've got to wonder how that amount of bolted-on power affects the overall racing performance. Mostly though, just want to know how much quicker it'd go on a long-ass proper runway tbh.
Yay speed!
