Try to escape murder at this serial-killer inspired hotel

If you like the idea of being locked in a creepy hotel with long hallways and booby traps then you're going to love staying at The Hollow Hotel.

The Hollow Hotel experience gives guests an idea of what 19th century serial killer H.H. Holmes did to his victims and they pay 40 quid for the privilage. Dr H.H. Holmes aka Herman Webster Mudgett, became one of the first serial killers of modern times and is famous for trapping his victims in a hotel designed with murder in mind. The building was nicknamed Murder Castle and had windowless rooms, stairways that led to nowhere and hallways with dead ends. It's sounds like the worst fun-house of all time.

If this sounds like it's up your street then sign yourself for the experience. Don't worry, you won't be murdered on this tour. The Hollow Hotel has been set up at The Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey, London and is brought to you by immersive theatre company differencEngine The company's website states:

If you listen to the whispers in its winding corridors, you might lose yourself as each turn entices you to delve further in; until you can't turn back. Journey through a maze of hidden passageways that will either lay you to rest, or lead you further into the hotel's dark heart. Uncover the hotel's intricate histories, dark secrets and hidden agendas - whoever built The Hollow Hotel built a literal death trap; designed just for you.

To be fair it does sound pretty fun. Here's the link to the website if you fancy giving your other half a fucked up birthday gift this year: https://differencengine.co.uk/the-hollow-hotel/
