Peterborough players shovel snow to avoid match being abandoned
With just 15 minutes left on the clock in Posh's League One clash with Walsall last night, a bout of heavy snowfall meant the game was on the verge of being called off.

Interesting that it was only the home players, former Newcastle defender Steven Taylor among them, who attempted to get things going again. Might that have something to do with the fact they were 2-1 up? Walsall would have probably accepted a do-over at that point, wouldn't they?
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the conditions, 2-1 was how it stayed.
