The Villainess - The Korean action movie being labeled a 'masterpiece'
There's a new Korean movie out and critics are labeling it 'the next evolution in action films.' Wow. That's a pretty bold claim!
Those Koreans have created some real winning movies over the years, from Oldboy, Train To Busan, and R Point, and this latest movie looks set to be another absolute belter. The Villainess is being described as a 'flabbergasting South Korean action masterpiece' and judging from the trailer, they might be right. It looks utterly insane!
The film tells the story of Sook-he, an assassin leading a double life who has been betrayed and is looking for revenge. There's a shit load of violence in this movie so be warned. Here's the trailer:
Sadly this movie isn't showing in many cinemas but I'm sure you can all find other ways of watching it. It looks freakin nuts!
